1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KD Seller's digital marketing and website design services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part, you may not access our Services.

2. Service Description

KD Seller provides:

• Website design and development services
• Digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, SMM)
• Content creation and branding services
• E-commerce solutions

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements and materials
• Make timely payments as per agreed terms
• Provide necessary access to domains/hosting when required
• Respond to communication within reasonable timeframes

4. Payments & Refunds

• 50% advance payment required before project commencement
• Balance payment upon project completion before delivery
• No refunds after work has commenced
• Additional revisions beyond scope will incur charges

5. Project Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by client (late feedback, content delays, etc.) will extend the timeline accordingly.

6. Intellectual Property

• Final deliverables become client property after full payment
• KD Seller retains right to display work in our portfolio
• Client guarantees all provided materials are copyright-free

7. Limitation of Liability

KD Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Client remains responsible for payments for work completed up to termination date.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all business information exchanged during the project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Telangana, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad.
